Any onConference chairperson can send a customized invitation email to the conference call participants with everything they need to access the meeting.
Here is how Meeting Manager makes planning your meeting easier:
Automatically include your conferencing codes. Select the meeting date and time and it is inserted in the invitation email. Your 7-digit conference access code and access phone number are automatically included.
Add international phone numbers. We have a huge list of international numbers. With this tool, just pick from a list the ones you need. Select the dial-in numbers from the list of all available countries and they are inserted into the conference call section of the invitation email.
Invites are added to your participants’ calendars. Participants can add the conference date and time to their calendar with a single click. The meeting time appears in the participant’s calendar in their local timezone.
Receive a confirmation of everyone’s attendance. When adding the meeting to their calendar, every participant has the option to indicate their planned attendance. The chairperson receives a confirmation email and the participant’s attendance is tracked in their calendar.
Add a professional look to the invitation email. Customize the invitation email with your company’s logo and a link to your website. The chairperson can also include an optional presenter picture and bio.
