If you break a staff meeting down to its component parts, it’s clear to see why people dread accepting the invite that crossed into their email inbox. Meetings can be boring, tedious, and ineffective. They don’t inspire active participation. On a good day they communicate information we need to do our jobs; but, most of the time staff meetings pull us away from something else would could be doing. Implementing these guidelines will improve the productivity of business meetings.
