You have a training video you want to share with your employees.
Or, you have a great new product to release and want to show off a demonstration video.
Or, maybe you just want to share a video to keep your web conference participants engaged – and a little bit entertained.
You’re no longer limited to slideshow presentations, uploading PDFs and sending out video URLs for participants to watch on their own time.
We’ve launched a Video Playback feature to our OnConference web conferencing software to let you be a little more creative with your presentations.
Video Playback lets you share video directly within a conference rather than sending video links for participants to watch on their own time.
You don’t even need to download any software or special plugins. The Video Playback feature streams seamlessly in any web browser and on any computer.
Here’s how to use the Video Playback feature:
- Click Video on your Insert & Manage control bar.
- Upload up to 10 videos (maximum file size of 100 MB per video).
- Select your video from the video management screen and click Insert. Your video will appear in the slide preview area.
- Click Play.
Your participants will see the video playing in their web conference screen and hear the audio through their computer speakers.
You can also move the video within your presentation by dragging the video slide within the Slide Preview Area.
And great news … the Video Playback feature is added free-of-charge for current OnConference users.
How will you use the Video Playback feature to enrich your web conferencing experience?
