How your conference call will work
It really is as simple as it sounds
The chairperson receives an access phone number, 7-digit access code and passcode. Once you receive your codes, the service is ready to use. You do not need to make a booking for date, time or number of participants. You can host a conference call anytime for up to 96 participants. Your access codes are permanently assigned and can be re-used for future calls.

How To Hold Your First Call
Dial the access phone number for your country. In North American dial 1.866.305.1460, and when prompted, enter your 7-digit access code, 101010. As the chairperson, you will be asked to press the * key, and enter your passcode, 1010.
Before the call takes place, you provide the participants with this information:

Your participants will dial the access phone number, and then only enter the 7-digit access code.

How You Are Billed
At the end of the calendar month we send you an invoice detailing all charges. Your invoice shows all charges for all calls including date, time and caller phone numbers, where available. North American customers have the option of receiving their invoice by postal mail or email. All other countries by email.
