The conference recording cost is CAD $25.00 for each conference recording started. Each recording start generates a recording file which is stored on our system until you delete the file.

The conference recorder captures everything said and shown during your conference. Including slide annotations and applications shown in the conferencing.  The chairperson receives a link to the recording file after the conference is completed. They can log into our website using their onconference access codes to email the link, rename, report add a passcode or just start the playback. Requires Macromedia Flash™ for playback.

Audio only recording. Not yet an onconference Presents! user? No problem. Just hit *2 on your telephone keypad and your audio only recording will start from within your conference call. You can download an MP3 file of your recording for audio only replay or send out a web link for browser-based playback.

Need to skip ahead to a key slide? Find the slide on the navigation bar (on the right) and double click. You advance instantly to that point in time with the audio playback linked to visuals showing. Fast forward and rewind audio within a single slide visual. Skip between slides with ease.
